Welcome to Acedly! By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate personal details when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Acedly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are offered as Daily, Weekly, and Monthly plans.
• Payments are due at the start of the subscription period and are non-refundable once activated.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Acedly reserves the right to adjust prices, but users will be notified in advance.
• Promotional discounts or offers may have additional terms.

3. Use of Services

• Acedly provides study materials, CBTs, and AI tools for personal educational purposes.
• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify Acedly content without permission.
• AI features are for learning assistance only, not for exam malpractice.
• Attempts to cheat CBTs or manipulate results may result in suspension or permanent ban.

4. Points & Rewards

• Users can earn points for completing CBTs, studying, and maintaining streaks.
• Points and rewards remain the property of Acedly and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Abuse of the point system (cheating, fake activity) will lead to penalties or account suspension.

5. Community Conduct

• Be respectful in chats, group study rooms, and forums.
• Harassment, offensive language, bullying, or spamming is strictly prohibited.
• Acedly may moderate or remove content that violates community rules.
• Repeated violations may lead to permanent account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

• All study materials, content, CBTs, and AI features are owned by Acedly.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal study only.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Acedly content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Acedly is an educational support tool. We do not guarantee exam success.
• Acedly is not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, errors, or misuse of the platform.
• Use of Acedly is at your own risk.

8. Termination

• You may stop using Acedly at any time.
• Acedly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, misuse services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time.

9. Updates to Terms

Acedly may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
